Slicer made from stainless steel, Norway, handle made from curly birch. Treated with a non-toxic, food safe wood finish which adds a beautiful and smooth surface.

Handle: L: 10,5 cm
Hand wash only. Dry immediately with a towel after washing-up.
The handle can preferably be treated with regular cooking oil to reduce the risk of cracks.
